1. Mr Adrian, what specific changes have you observed in the demands placed on managers in recent years, and how is this reflected in the repositioning of PAWLIK Executive?

Arne Adrian: The demands on managers are changing rapidly – companies today are not only looking for experienced managers, but also for personalities who can develop sustainable strategies and navigate through uncertainty. Because in an increasingly complex world, one thing is clear: success depends more than ever on the people who shape it. 2. As Managing Director of PAWLIK Executive, you played a key role in shaping the repositioning. What were the main reasons for this and what added value does it offer your clients?

Arne Adrian: At PAWLIK Executive, we have adopted the slogan ‘Beyond Search’. For us, this means much more than the traditional search for the most experienced managers and experts on the market. We look behind the scenes to understand the future challenges, culture and values of an organisation. With almost 30 years of experience in the combination of executive search, coaching and leadership development, we have unique expertise. We also make targeted use of new technologies in the recruitment process to provide our clients with even better support during transformations.

3. Where do you see the decisive role of people when it comes to dealing with challenges and shaping the future?

Arne Adrian: Especially in these challenging times, it is people who (have to) make the difference. Technology can optimise processes and provide data, but the ability to deal with challenges, make decisions and act sustainably lies in the hands of the right leaders. With our integrated approach, we support our clients and candidates – both before and after their start – always with the aim of ensuring sustainable success.

4. How do you personally view the future of PAWLIK Executive and the constantly changing market requirements?

Arne Adrian: I am very positive about the future of PAWLIK Executive, as we are living in a time when the need for qualified, future-orientated managers has never been greater. Thinking ‘ways forward’ as a company is crucial in order to meet the rapidly changing requirements.
