How do employees perceive your organization?
Organizations that actively evaluate and refine their employee experience significantly contribute to a more engaged and motivated workforce, driving long-term success. These aspects of employment have become increasingly important, especially in times of crisis. With most employee interactions now happening remotely, the ongoing COVID-19 situation presents unique challenges – and opportunities – for managing and retaining talent, areas where many companies have limited prior experience. To address this, PAWLIK Consultants, in collaboration with experience management experts Buljan & Partners Consulting and HSBA, has launched the Employee Experience Benchmark DACH 2021 research project. This study, open for participation until the end of March, aims to provide actionable insights tailored to German-speaking markets.
Back in 2018, our partner Buljan & Partners Consulting conducted an employee experience study focused on the Spanish market. This earlier study explored the critical moments that shape the employee experience – both before and during employment – and examined how companies align with employee expectations.
Study overview – how does it work?
The EX study examines 24 key employee touchpoints to provide a holistic view of the employee journey, from initial contact with the company to onboarding, career progression, and eventual departure.
Additionally, the study includes a dedicated section on the impact of COVID-19. It addresses questions such as: How informed and supported do employees feel? What is their sense of belonging like? How do they perceive remote work?
The survey is conducted online and ensures complete anonymity. Participating organizations will receive a visualized evaluation of the findings and concrete recommendations for actionable improvements.
