Based in Berlin, Arne Adrian began his academic journey studying education and biology in his hometown of Hamburg before transitioning into a career in sales. While working, he earned a part-time degree in business administration from the University of Hagen. His early career was rooted in the entertainment consumer goods industry, where he took on leadership roles, including managing a full-service provider in the music and games sector. During this time, he helped pioneer Germany’s first end-customer fulfillment solutions for major online booksellers such as Amazon and Buch.de.
In 2002, Arne brought his expertise to PAWLIK Consultants, joining as a partner and taking responsibility for the HR consulting division. He was appointed to the management board in 2007. From 2010 to 2022, he also led the HR diagnostics consulting field as a member of the management board of Scan Up AG, where he now serves as chair of the Supervisory Board. A passionate advocate for digital transformation, Arne plays a pivotal role in shaping PAWLIK’s digital strategy. As managing director of PK’s subsidiary, PERIM Digital, he and his team design cutting-edge digital solutions for recruiting and employer branding.
