Susanne Kullmann completed her psychology studies in Hamburg with a focus on personnel psychology. Following her Master of Science in Business Psychology, she expanded her expertise with training as a scan consultant and certification as an aptitude diagnostician in line with DIN 33430.

She gained her first experience in management and outplacement consulting, as well as in career development, specializing in potential identification, talent management, and the development of academic high potentials. Since 2021, Susanne Kullmann has been part of PAWLIK and scan.up, working in personnel diagnostics.

At PAWLIK, she is responsible for analyzing the PAWLIK Potential Analysis, preparing psychological reports, and conducting training and reflection sessions. She also leads the Assessment and Development Center division to identify and develop executives within the framework of Executive Search. With her expertise, she helps companies secure the right personalities for key positions.
