Robert Mlinaric began his career as a trained industrial clerk in corporate finance at the international chemical company ICI. In the early 2000s, his curiosity for emerging digital business models led him to jobpilot.de, Europe’s first e-recruiting platform. There, he gained invaluable experience in sales and management, which paved the way for leadership roles at international career portals such as Monster Germany and, later, Experteer.

In 2018, Robert transitioned to executive search services, leveraging his passion for recruitment and deep knowledge of digital transformation in HR and sales at a Frankfurt-based boutique executive search firm. Since early 2022, the passionate basketball player has been an Alliance Partner at PAWLIK Personnel Consulting. Robert works closely with medium-sized companies, advising them on the recruitment and evaluation of management and key specialist positions.
