Pieter Brabants holds a degree in industrial engineering and completed an Executive MBA at the Antwerp Management School during his professional journey. Early in his career, he focused on business development and recruitment. As an entrepreneur, he played a key role in establishing a consultancy firm for the engineering sector in Belgium. Today, with PAWLIK Consultants as his partner, Pieter continues to help clients and candidates achieve sustainable growth. He firmly believes in the mutual responsibility between employees and organizations and works to ensure that every placement benefits all parties involved. Beyond his professional life, Pieter values the human side of his work – an essential aspect of his industry. Married to Caroline and a proud father to Floris and Hannelore, he enjoys sharing meals with family and friends, often engaging in meaningful conversations over a good glass of wine. To maintain balance, he stays active by jogging or playing tennis and finds peace in nature, particularly in the mountains, which provide him with a sense of clarity.
