Philipp Klein already focused on work and organisational psychology and human resources management during his psychology studies. He also trained as a scan consultant and NLP coach.
He gained his first professional experience at Lufthansa Technik AG in personnel and management development before moving to PAWLIK Consultants in 2012, where he initially worked as a consultant and coach. In 2015, he took over as head of the HR diagnostics team and gained his first management experience. With the spin-off of personnel diagnostics into the independent company scan.up, he took over responsibility for customer projects and the further development of diagnostic tools as Head of Operations & Product Development in 2020. He has been a member of the Executive Board of scan.up AG since 2023 and, in addition to customer projects, is increasingly focussing on the strategic direction of the company.
