Peter Hoyer began his career in healthcare, completing his clinical training and working as a lecturer in healthcare and nursing. In 1991, he joined a leading DAX-listed medical technology company, which appointed him as marketing director for the Asia-Pacific region, based in Hong Kong. During this time, he pursued further education, earning an MBA from the University of Hull and an Executive MBA from the Kaderschule St. Gallen. Subsequently, Peter took on leadership roles in Germany with a global biotechnology company and later established a regional headquarters in Hong Kong for a U.S.-based family-owned orthopedics firm. There, he successfully built a distributor network across China, Japan, Korea, and Australia. In 2011, a groundbreaking product innovation led him to England, where he served as chief commercial officer and a management board member for a startup focused on market access for a dialysis machine. Since 2019, Peter has applied his wealth of experience to HR consulting. Initially a partner at a Frankfurt-based consultancy, he joined PAWLIK as an Alliance Partner in January 2022, contributing his expertise to their consulting and executive search team.
