Miriam Wollmuth completed her Bachelor of Arts in International Development at the University of Vienna and her Master of Arts in Business, specialising in Hospitality Management, at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. In addition, she completed a certificate course in labour law at the Hamburger Fern-Hochschule and has certified further training in personnel development from the Bremen Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
After almost six years in the upscale hotel industry in Vienna, Salzburg, London and Munich – most recently as a front office manager – she transferred her passion for working with people to personnel consulting. During her subsequent four years at an executive search boutique in Prien am Chiemsee, she specialised in filling management positions in the IT sector.
Miriam Wollmuth has been part of the executive search team at PAWLIK Executive since October 2021 and is now Head of Research & Recruiting. Her expertise includes filling management, key and specialist positions with a focus on the Life Science & Healthcare and Industry & Technology sectors. She is also licensed in the potential analysis scan.up and the psychometric procedure Screenfact and conducts reflection interviews based on personnel aptitude diagnostics.
