Miriam Wollmuth completed her Bachelor of Arts in International Development at the University of Vienna and her Master of Arts in Business with a focus on Hospitality Management at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, she completed a certificate program in labor law at HFH Hamburger Fern-Hochschule and holds a certified further education in personnel development from the IHK Bremen.
After nearly six years in the upscale hospitality industry in Vienna, Salzburg, London, and Munich – most recently as a Front Office Manager – she transferred her passion for working with people to executive search. She then spent four years in an executive search boutique in Prien am Chiemsee, specializing in filling leadership positions in the IT sector.
Since October 2021, Miriam Wollmuth has been part of the Executive Search team at PAWLIK Executive and is now Deputy Head of Research & Recruiting. Her expertise lies in filling leadership, key, and specialist positions with a focus on the Life Science & Healthcare and Industry & Technology sectors. Additionally, she is certified in the scan.up potential analysis and the Screenfact psychometric assessment and conducts reflection discussions based on the personnel aptitude diagnostics.
