Maarten Dose lives and works in Hamburg, Germany. Born in Hamburg, he is a passionate water sports enthusiast and enjoys spending his free time in nature. He is married and has two children.

After studying business administration and training as a retail salesman, he began his career in management at well-known companies. He started as deputy store manager at Bauhaus before gaining valuable management experience as district manager at Aldi.

More than 15 years ago, Maarten Dose moved into executive search, specialising in the consumer & retail market. He spent ten years at PageGroup in various roles, most recently as part of the Page Executive. This was followed by three years at Kienbaum Executive Search. His positions have given him a broad and deep knowledge and an excellent network in the industry.
