Lea Sophie Zimmermann holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Hamburg, which she completed in 2016. Driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior, she further honed her expertise at Vanderbilt University in the U.S., where she led several neuropsychological research projects.
Lea Sophie began her career as a project manager at a market research institute, staying closely connected to her scientific roots. However, her strong interest in work and organizational psychology – developed during her studies – led her to transition into HR consulting. She joined the PAWLIK team in early 2018 and quickly established herself as a key player in our Executive Search division. As the head of our Executive Search Recruiting Team, Lea Sophie manages a diverse portfolio of leadership mandates across industries and functions. She is also scan-certified and leverages her psychological expertise to deliver data-driven insights in personnel diagnostics, seamlessly integrating her academic background with real-world business practices.
