Katrin Sasse began her career with training as an industrial clerk and a dual degree in business administration. She further completed certifications as a systemic coach, psychodynamic coach and organizational consultant, as well as a conflict manager and mediator.
As a leader at Veba, she quickly took on responsibility for product development, projects, and teams. In the management board of a medium-sized family business, she realized that strong leadership personalities are the key to growth and stability.
Since 2007, she has been working as a business coach and consultant with a focus on leadership development. She designs targeted development programs that not only enhance technical and strategic competencies but also place a strong emphasis on personality development, team leadership, and the ability to effectively manage transformations. Since 2014, she has been a lecturer and coach trainer at the Institute for Psychodynamic Organizational Development.
At PAWLIK Consultants, Katrin Sasse has been responsible for the Executive Coaching division since 2017. She coaches top executives to further develop their leadership skills and trains new coaches in the PAWLIK Coaching program to sustainably strengthen companies.
