Judith Müller completed training as a personnel services specialist in the field of employee leasing and recruitment and expanded her theoretical knowledge with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in Hamburg. A stay of more than two years in the Netherlands strengthened her international competencies.

She began her professional career as an HR Manager in recruiting, where she was responsible for comprehensive processes in southern Germany and managed key accounts, particularly in the luxury fashion sector. Since April 2021, she has been working as an HR Consultant at Pawlik in Hamburg, specializing in filling positions in Sales, HR, Marketing, and Operations for medium-sized companies and corporations, with a focus on the consumer, e-commerce, and retail sectors. Additionally, she mentors working students and continuously expands her interdisciplinary skill set.
