Joachim Pawlik is the founder and CEO of the international consultancy PAWLIK Group. Since 1996, he has been helping companies to develop effective leadership and optimise organisational performance. PAWLIK Group specialises in HR and organisational development, executive search, digital transformation and EdTech, and operates globally with an international team.

Before embarking on his entrepreneurial career, the Hamburg-born Pawlik played professional football for FC St. Pauli, where he later served as vice-president from 2014 to 2020. His sporting background continues to influence his understanding of performance, teamwork and leadership to this day.

Drawing on his many years of experience in the assessment and development of leaders, Joachim Pawlik also advises on executive search projects for filling key positions at top-management level, particularly in executive management, executive boards and boards of directors, as well as on succession planning.
