Ina Everts graduated from the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in Hamburg with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Psychology, specialising in Work and Organisational Psychology. Prior to this, she studied Media & Communication Management (B.A.) at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences. During her studies she also trained as a scan and screenfact consultant as well as a systemic coach and process facilitator.
Ina Everts started her career in a medium-sized company, where she worked as a project-related assistant to the management. After a short time she took on a disciplinary management role. She then moved into recruitment to gain practical experience in recruitment and development. At the same time, she completed her Master’s degree and successfully set up an HR department. Ina Everts joined PAWLIK in 2020 as a consultant for personnel and aptitude diagnostics. As Head of Operations she is responsible for the further development of Screenfact and the content design of the psychometric process. Her expertise is applied in projects supporting management assessments and executive searches, in particular in the identification of managers selected on the basis of sound diagnostics.
In addition to her operational activities, Ina Everts conducts individual feedback interviews and coaching sessions based on the results of the diagnostics. She is passionate about combining scientifically sound methods with practical solutions to provide sustainable support to organisations.
