Henk-Jan van Hees studied Business Administration and earned his MBA from Nyenrode Business School. He began his career at Canon Europa, becoming the first non-Japanese trainee selected for a prestigious traineeship in Japan. During this time, Henk-Jan not only studied Japanese but also received intensive training across various business functions, including production, HR, marketing, and sales. Today he is Managing Partner at PAWLIK Consultants Amsterdam.

Henk-Jan brings extensive experience as both an entrepreneur and a strategy and executive search consultant. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered numerous projects in diverse industries, including business-to-business, transportation, media and communication, maritime and offshore, retail, ICT, and automotive. He is driven by the challenge of bridging the gap between strategy and execution, emphasizing the pivotal role people play in achieving organizational success.
