His career began with mining studies and engineering roles in France before transitioning to international sales of capital goods for infrastructure, power generation, and automotive engineering. He later took on responsibility for the sale of raw materials to the steel industry. Since joining PAWLIK in 2018 as a management consultant and alliance partner, Claus has focused on identifying and selecting top technical and sales talent for hidden champions across various industries.
