Claudia began her career in the book trade and publishing industry, following her studies in German language and literature. A four-year stay in Brazil marked a turning point, inspiring a shift in her professional path. She initially worked as an IT project manager before transitioning into HR consulting in 1993. Over the next six years, she honed her expertise at Delta Management Consultants GmbH, after which she co-founded and served as Managing Partner at RZP Personal- und Unternehmensberatung GmbH. As a founding member of the Goinger Kreis e. V., Claudia actively contributed to addressing HR policy issues at the intersection of society, business, and academia. The Frankfurt native has been a partner at PAWLIK Consultants since 2017.
