Cecile studied Management & Tourism and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Her passion for travel has taken her to numerous corners of the globe, enriching her personal and professional life with diverse cultures and experiences. One of the highlights was living in Australia for two years, where she worked in hospitality, focusing on hotel management. 

Cecile began her professional career in the hospitality and travel industry. Upon returning to the Netherlands in 2018, she joined Expedia Group, where she specialized in sales and relationship management. Since 2023, Cecile has been part of PAWLIK as a Project & Research Manager for both PAWLIK Executive Search and PAWLIK Consultants. 

In her role, Cecile plays a crucial part in managing and supporting both search and consulting projects. She is responsible for identifying and engaging the most suitable candidates, supporting clients throughout the process, and ensuring seamless project execution. Beyond search, she collaborates on internal initiatives, drives process optimization, and plays an active role in stakeholder management. Cecile ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
