During his business studies in Hamburg and Helsinki, Andreas gained valuable experience in marketing with companies such as Reemtsma, Deutsche Telekom, and various startups. His years as a trainee and manager at a major American car rental company instilled a strong service-oriented mindset. In 2004, he joined PAWLIK Consultants as a personnel consultant, marking the beginning of his journey in HR consulting. He later transitioned to KIENBAUM, where he refined his expertise in recruiting top executives within an international context and broadened his approach to holistic HR consulting. In 2016, Andreas took on the role of head of recruiting at HERMES Germany, where he established an in-house recruiting department from the ground up.
Since rejoining PAWLIK in mid-2017, Andreas has expanded his focus beyond executive search to include advising clients on building in-house recruiting teams, implementing active sourcing strategies, and integrating digital HR solutions. As a scan-certified professional, he combines his extensive experience in talent assessment with evidence-based methodologies to support high-stakes hiring decisions, helping clients identify and secure the right leaders to drive success.
