Alex Weishaupt grew up in Germany and Greece. After completing his Bachelor of Arts (FH) in International Management at the FOM, he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cyber Security at the EA Business School in Madrid. With a strong service mindset, working “with people – for people” inspires him every day anew. In his spare time, he enjoys craft projects, water sports and touring on his e-bike.

Alex has more than 17 years of national and international experience in recruitment in the IT and defence sectors. At Korn Ferry International, he built up the Cyber Security & Defence Center of Expertise in EMEA. With 15 years of service as a captain in the German Armed Forces, including deployments as a company commander in the Special Operations Division’s telecommunication unit and several deployments abroad, he brings valuable leadership skills to the table. He has been part of PAWLIK Executive team since January 2025 and works on national and international search projects.

His expertise lies in the national and international recruitment of specialists and executives in IT, information security and the defence sector. He combines his extensive experience with a strong passion for internal, external and virtual security.
